At some point in our lives most of us experience what it’s like to stand at a crossroads and it can feel like both an opportunity and a crisis. These are both natural reactions to change whether the change is sought or imposed. Our self confidence and self belief may also be knocked and a rebuilding process may need to take place.

Career Crossroads offers three main services to support individuals during the career change process:

Career Counselling – a process to help you identify what you want
CV Writing – a service to help you market yourself fully
Interview Coaching – a service to help you express yourself at your best

Other services include support with the completion of application forms, preparing for assessment centres, presentation preparation or indeed facilitating your thinking about any career related decision or dilemma.

Career Crossroads offers professional career counselling, guidance and career planning services as well as CV writing and interview coaching. The services are delivered by Mary Murphy, a qualified Career Counsellor based in Cork City Centre. Mary has significant experience in CV writing (100s written), interview guidance, career counselling, career guidance, gained in Cork and London.
