Career Crossroads

Following a career start in Administration I moved to London and into HR management in the early 90s and although I loved HR work for a number of years I became dissatisfied with it in the late 90s. I really struggled to find out what I wanted to do and it was that struggle which led me to re-train as a Career Counsellor. In 2003 I completed an MSc in Career Management & Counselling at the University of London. After that I worked as a Career Counsellor & Consultant for a small company in London. There I met with people from different walks of life and all with one thing in common; they wanted more fulfillment in their work.

In the summer of 2005 I returned to Ireland and I set up Career Crossroads in January 2006.

For the past 4 years I have also been training in humanistic & integrative psychotherapy and I now also see clients who want the time and space to explore what's going on in their personal lives in a caring, respectful and supportive setting.
